Abstract
Extraction of the fresh leaves of Ophiorrhiza filistipula (Rubiaceae) has yielded the alkaloids normalindine (2), 7-methoxycamptothecin (6) and strictosidinic acid (11). The configurations of the Strychnos alka loids dolichantoside and isodolichantoside are revised.
