Abstract
The continuous evolution of science, particularly during the last year s, offers a tremendous number of methods to the scientist. The combina tion of these methods leads to the writing of protocols whose content is thoroughly conceptualized. The presentation of protocols is flexibl e, however a rigid format applies to protocols to be included in publi cations and reglementary reports.
