Abstract
Rotation of initial factors is a very important step in factor analysi s. In this article the program OBLIQUE, which performs the non-orthogo nal'' Oblimin'' rotations, ranging from ''Quartimin'' to ''Covarimin'' , with all the possible intermediate solutions, is described.
