Abstract
YBaCuO films were in situ grown using hollow cathode magnetron sputter ing on substrates having different lattice constants. Transport proPer ties show that the films grown on lattice matched substrates have high er critical current densities due to better grain alignment and the co nsequent reduction in the thickness of the grain boundaries.
