Abstract
Phase-locking of fluxon motion in coupled Josephson junctions is consi dered in the general case of different characteristic lengths, velocit ies, and losses of the two junctions. The Josephson junctions are mode led by perturbed and coupled sine-Gordon equations. Perturbation resul ts are compared to full numerical simulations of the sine-Gordon syste ms and very good agreement is found.
