Ah. Zemanian, ELECTRICAL ISOLATION OF A 0-SECTION IN A TRANSFINITE ELECTRICAL NETWORK, IEEE transactions on circuits and systems. 1, Fundamental theory andapplications, 40(4), 1993, pp. 233-238
A 0-section of a transfinite electrical network is a maximal subnetwor
k that is connected in the usual sense, i.e., there is a finite path b
etween every two nodes. Conditions are established insuring that a 0-s
ection M is electrically isolated from all other 0-sections. This mean
s that a source in M never induces currents beyond the infinite extrem
ities of M. The conditions are on both the graph and the element value
s of M.
