The results of an analysis of the reaction pi+p-->p2pi+pi-pi0 with a b
eam momentum 4.2 GeV/c are reported. The experiment has been carried o
ut with the ZhVK-205 bubble chamber. Nonperipheral interactions corres
ponding to secondary-proton momentum p > 1.5 GeV/c have been studied.
With selection of events in the region of the omega0(780) meson, a pea
k with mass 1.78 +/- 0.04 GeV/c2 and width 250 +/- 80 MeV/c 2 is obser
ved in the pomega0 system. The peak is interpreted as a resonance stat
e in the pomega0 system: N(1800). The cross section for resonance pro
duction in the invariant-mass interval 1.76-1.91 GeV/c2 is 11 +/- 2 mu
b. All the experimental data can be explained by a cryptoexotic struct
ure of the N resonance.
