Abstract
An automated measuring system for one-to-ten volt dc measurements has been developed at SP (the Swedish National Testing and Research Instit ute). A new voltage divider has been built which makes it possible to make all measurements using a voltmeter with nanovolt resolution. An a ctive guard system has been built up and an evaluation procedure for t he low thermal scanner used has been established. The uncertainty (1si gma) for the measuring system is +/-0.08 . 10(-6).
