We determine the renormalization constants of two-quark operators for
the clover action on the lattice, using chiral Ward identities. These
renormalization constants are required for the determination of physic
al quantities, such as f(pi), f(rho)-1 and the quark masses from latti
ce calculations. Our results show that at beta=6.0, with a sample of e
ighteen gauge configurations, it is possible to determine the renormal
ization constants with an error of a few percent.
