Abstract
Recently color Doppler echocardiography has proven useful in diagnosin g a congenital coronary artery fistula. However, anatomical informatio n needed for surgical treatment is sometimes difficult to obtain. We r eport a case of congenital aneurysm of the right coronary artery with a fistulous connection to the right atrium in which transesophageal ec hocardiography permitted to evaluate in detail the course of the fistu la and its drainage into the right atrium.
