Abstract
Epstein's syndrome is a rare inherited disorder that appears principal ly as nephritis and deafness with thrombocytopathic thrombocytopenia p roducing a bleeding tendency. Management of the disorder for oral surg ical procedures is discussed and highlighted by a case report.
