Abstract
The authors report about one rare case of renal tuberculosis in a pseu do-tumoral form, which had radiologic appearances compatible with a ki dney cancer invading soft tissue. The fast spontaneous evolution towar ds fistulization allowed confirming the diagnosis of urinary tuberculo sis. The outcome with treatment was favorable. The authors recommend t hat needle biopsy should be made in cases of doubtful kidney tumors to provide an exact diagnosis.
