Australian Clematis taxa has shown protoanemonin concentrations of 2.
19,0.31, 1.96,0.17,0.87,1.31 and 1.21% (dry weight) for C. aristata, C
. fawcettii, C. gentianoides, C. glycinoides, C. microphylla, C. micro
phylla var. leptophylla and C. pubescens, respectively.
