Abstract
A 35-year-old woman underwent exploratory laparotomy for ovarian enlar gement, massive ascites, and intestinal obstruction. Sclerosing perito nitis associated with florid mesothelial hyperplasia, ovarian fibromat osis, and endometriosis were diagnosed postoperatively. We add to the literature this new association of bilateral ovarian enlargement, scle rosing peritonitis, and florid mesothelial hyperplasia.
