Abstract
Senna coimbrae M. Nee & Barneby is described and illustrated from plan ts indigenous in the Jardin Botinico de Santa Cruz, Bolivia. In the co ntext of ser. Bacillares, of which it has the general aspect and morph ology, the syndrome of two nectaries on each leafstalk, almost homomor phic fertile stamens, and short, relatively few-seeded pod is distinct ive.
