Abstract
Ground measurements of the parameters of radio signals from the two-fr equency satellite navigation system Navstar are used to obtain the azi muth and time dependences of the terrestrial ionospheric electron conc entration. It is shown that two-frequency satellite radio measurement systems can be used successfully to monitor the Earth's ionosphere in real time.
