A PRELIMINARY-ANALYSIS OF THE MKS-M2 EXPERIMENTS SUMMER-FOREST-94

The paper gives the results of the processing of a series of convergen t angular MKS-M2 experiments carried out on the Mir space station in S pring-Summer 1994 over forest zones of the Transbaikal region and the Khabarov area. The spectral dependences of the aerosol optical depth a nd the average surface albedo were obtained in the regions of observat ion. Measurements in the near-IR band were processed based on extrapol ation of the optical parameters of the atmosphere from the visible to the near-IR band of the spectrum.
