Gg. Bush, THE TEMPERATURE-DEPENDENCE OF THE VARIATION IN THE COMPLEX PERMEABILITY OF YTTRIUM-IRON-GARNET (YIG) WITH APPLIED MAGNETIC-FIELD, Journal of applied physics, 73(10), 1993, pp. 6307-6309
In previous work the variation with applied magnetic field of the real
and imaginary parts of the permeability of high purity yttrium iron g
arnet in the form of a polycrystalline sintered ferrite has been measu
red and phenomenologically modeled. These measurements were done at ro
om temperature. The present work explores these effects over a tempera
ture range of -60 to 180 F.
