Js. King et al., RAPID AND PERMANENT METHOD FOR TRIPLE IMMUNOPEROXIDASE STAINING IN RAT GASTRIC ANTRUM, Journal of histotechnology, 16(2), 1993, pp. 121-124
A simple method of labeling 3 antigenic sites on 1 tissue section with
only the conventional immunoperoxidase method is described. Although
procedures to label 3 or more antigens simultaneously have been report
ed previously, they have used combinations of fluorescence, immunopero
xidase, and alkaline phosphatase to produce chromagens of different co
lors. The triple-label immunoperoxidase procedure described is both co
st- and time-effective, yields permanent results, and offers distinct
advantages over other staining procedures.
