BIOMASS OF DWARF PINE (PINUS-MUGO) COMMUNITIES IN THE VYSOKE TATRY MOUNTAINS .2. INFLUENCE OF EMISSIONS

In the paper the attention was paid to the evaluation of emissions imp act on the dwarf pine communities in the Vysoke Tatry mountains. Influ ences of emissions to the biomass of herb and moss layer, total organi c matter and leaf parameters were characterized in detail. The paper i s filled on the estimation of the influence of emissions on the surfac e of dwarf pine needles by using of a scanning electron microscopy. An thropic influences (trampling, emissions) on dwarf pine stands are eva luated and various negative pressures and consequences are discussed.
