THE METHODOLOGICAL PROCEDURE OF EVALUATION OF CONTEMPORARY FUNCTIONALLAND UTILIZATION IN RELATION TO THE HYGIENE OF HUMAN ENVIRONMENT

The aim of the paper was a delimitation of ecologically problematic ar eas on the territory of Bratislava, i.e. areas, in which contemporaneo us way of utilization does not fulfill valid hygienic norms and furthe r determined criteria. It deals particularly with the most problematic areas which current functional utilization is limited by some of cons idered hygienic criteria. Functional utilization can be parallely limi ted by several hygienic criteria. By the means of confrontation of the contemporaneous way of the areas utilization and the mentioned norms we gained a compendium of most frequent ecological problems and the qu ality of the environment in the territory of Bratislava. Considered li mitations together with urbanistic regulations give assumptions for cr eation of a good regulation plan for the city development.
