Abstract
Two cases of erythromelanosis follicularis faciei et colli in one fami ly, affecting a brother and sister are described. In these cases eryth romelanosis follicularis faciei et colli, a process of unknown aetiolo gy, seems to have a clear hereditary component-autosomal recessive mod e of inheritance-a feature which, as far as we know, has not been repo rted in the literature.
