Abstract
The pattern of salivary gland tumours in Sudan over a period of 18 yea rs has been reviewed. The findings were compared with those in other s eries. Parotid gland tumours (67.6%) were the commonest type and the m ajority were pleomorphic adenoma. No adenolymphoma was seen and the fr equency of salivary gland tumours in children was 5.2%.
