Abstract
It is found that the paramagnetic centres (PCs) produced in polycrysta lline diamond films after boron implantation are mobile and correspond ing singlet electron paramagnetic resonance lines can be associated wi th the paramagnetic absorption on solitons. The essential angular depe ndence of the intensity of the above-mentioned PCs of polycrystalline diamond films has been observed in contrast with that of natural diamo nd single crystals. It is proposed that this dependence is associated with the high microwave conductivity of polycrystalline films.
