New Gaussian potentials for the interaction of light cluster Nt and Nt
au systems that describe the phase shifts of low-energy elastic scatte
ring are derived. The potentials contain forbidden states and are in a
greement with the generalized Levinson theorem. In the pt system a sep
aration in the isospin is carried out, and pure phase shifts and poten
tials with T = 0 are determined. Cross sections at energies up to 20 M
eV and some characteristics of the ground state of the He-4 nucleus in
pt and ntau models are calculated.
