Three-particle resonance states of A = 6 nuclei are studied by the met
hod of hyperspherical harmonics. The effective three-particle potentia
ls for the T = 1 multiplet of A = 6 nuclei and the three-particle scat
tering phase shifts are analyzed, together with the results of our cal
culations-the three-particle amplitudes, positions and widths of the r
esonances, and the resonance behavior of the wave functions in the int
ernal and external regions. The characteristics of the three-particle
resonances calculated in the modified Feshbach approach are discussed.
