SELENIUM DETERMINATION IN BIOLOGICAL-MATERIALS BY NAA

Results for Se in several biological standard reference materials obta ined by INAA and selective RNAA procedures developed in our laboratory , are presented and discussed. The comparison of selenium levels in se lected blood plasma samples determined by non-destructive NAA and HG-A AS is also presented. The reproducibility and accuracy of the analytic al procedure was tested and the results of these investigations were c ompared with the certified values.
