Abstract
True tracer radiolabeling, purification, and analysis of a gadolinium complex of HP-DO3A (10- (2-hydroxy-propyl)- 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclo dod ecane-1,4,7-triacetic acid) was achieved by the reaction of carrier-ad ded (GdCl3)-Gd-153 and excess free ligand. Two analytical methods (ITL C and HPLC) were developed to determine the purity of radiolabeled sam ples.
