Abstract
Conjugates of bovine serum albumin (BSA) with diphilic water-soluble p olymers - block copolymers of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide - wer e synthesized, and the interfacial tension of their aqueous solutions and the boundary with n-decane was studied. Conjugates in which hydrop hobic blocks are found at the periphery possess substantially greater ability to lower the interfacial tension in comparison with BSA.
