Abstract
Using Northern blot analysis with brain tau cDNA probes and with tau c DNA fragments produced by polymerase chain reaction, we have identifie d, in normal and tumoral pancreatic cells, mRNAs of 6 kb with sequence s similar to the microtubule-binding domain of neural and non-neural M APs mRNAs.
