Abstract
Comparative study of seven Kamchatka river's sockeye salmon population s was conducted to describe their genetic structure. Allele frequencie s at the GPT and PGM-2 loci in sockeye salmon populations of this rive r had small periodic fluctuations. The majority of populations display ed genetic differences in a number of loci.
