Abstract
The distributions of subtypes of three serum proteins - al-antitrypsin , group-specific component and transferrin revealed by isoelectric foc using among Russian inhabitants of the Tomsk rural region are presente d. Allele frequencies at the alpha1-antitrypsin locus are as follows: M1 - 0,8450; M2 - 0,1125; M3 - 0,0350, the frequency of rare alleles b eing 0,0075. For the transferrin system gene frequencies are: Cl - 0,5 528; C2 - 0,3920; C3 - 0,0302; B - 0,0201; D - 0,0050 and those for th e group-specific component locus are: Gc1S - 0,5175; Gc1F - 0,1325; Gc 2 - 0,3475 with 0,0025 for rare variants. Comparison with other ethnic groups of CIS was made.
