Mp. Roshchevsky et al., DEPOLARIZATION AND REPOLARIZATION PROCESS ES IN THE HEART ACCORDING TO THE DATA OF INTRACELLULAR AND EXTRACELLULAR ELECTROGRAPHY, Biologiceskie membrany, 9(10-11), 1992, pp. 1137-1138
The cardioelectric field (CEF) on the rabbit heart and body surfaces d
uring the depolarization of the ventricular myocardium and CEF on the
Wistar rat and guinea-pig body surfaces during the repolarization of t
he ventricles have been compared in the physiological aspect. It has b
een shown that the intravenous injection of acetylcholine, adrenaline,
beta-blocker propranolol, atropine as well as potassium chloride and
calcium chloride induces significant changes in the spatial-temporal a
nd amplitude characteristics of the electric field of the heart. The s
urface cardioelectric field was revealed to by highly sensitive to the
effects of various neurohumoral factors.
