Abstract
The specific binding of [H-3] 8-OH-DPAT and [H-3] dihydroalprenolol by the early embyos of sea urchin Strongylocentrotus intermedius at shor t ligand exposition (1 min) and low temperature of incubation medium ( 0-degrees-C) was demonstrated. The existence of membrane binding sites for serotoninergic ligands besides the intracellular ones is suggeste d for such objects.
