Abstract
Effect of low-intensity He-Ne laser irradiation (0.2-3.2 J/cm2) on mou se peritoneal neutrophils and macrophages was monitored by means of mi crofluorimetry with a fluorescent probe and by some other methods. It has been found that laser irradiation induces either a decrease of inc rease in the functional activity and intracellular pH in the dose-depe ndent mode. The Na+/H+ exchange system of phagocytes is involved in th e realization of the effect of intracellular pH increase.
