Abstract
Measures of amplitude of auditory Event-Related Potentials -in particu lar the P300 wave-were compared with measures of extraversion and intr oversion to determine whether there is a correlation between electrone urophysiological findings and psychological traits. Our results showed that the P300 wave-measured by electrodes placed at the Fz, Cz, and P z sites had greater amplitude in introverts We found no significant di fferences between introverts and extravert with respect to latency of the P300 wave.
