Abstract
We provide line intensities and limited chemical compositions of a col lection of planetary nebulae, most of which are within 25-degrees of t he Galactic center. Several appear enriched in nitrogen and/or helium. The central star of M1-51 displays C IV in emission. Ha 1-2 has the s pectral characteristics of a symbiotic star.
