Abstract
The importance of the external conditions (''setting'') in the therapy of early adolescents is sketched from the sight of a psychiatric clin ic for children and adolescents with obligation to provide psychiatric care. Which kinds of cooperation between psyschiatric clinic and othe r institutions engaged in adolescent care are best in providing help f or those adolescents with severe personality - development - disorders and often markable social deficits?
