Abstract
The ac response of the charge density wave (CDW) condensate is reviewe d, by discussing our detailed optical investigations on the CDW model compound K0.3MoO3. We are able to identify several features characteri zing the CDW ground state (at T<<T3D, the CDW phase transition tempera ture) and the fluctuation regime (T approximately T3D).
