Abstract
This paper discusses the construction principles and the main characte ristics of a video spectroradiometric system in the visible and UV reg ions for the observation from a satellite of the spatial pattern of th e distribution of the noxious anthropogenic gases NO2, SO2, and Cl-2 i n the near-earth layer of the atmosphere.
