Abstract
A three-dimensional high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) meth od is described for the determination of cyclosporine A in human skin. The method allows to determine at least 3 ng cyclosporine A in 10 mg skin (total sample amount needed) and is suitable for cyclosporine A l evel monitoring in the skin of psoriatic patients.
