Abstract
The structures of three new steroids, amaloside C, amaloside D and ama logenin B, isolated from Amalocalyx yunnanensis, were deduced from the ir NMR spectra. They all have a characteristic cis-B/C-ring junction a nd an 18-carboxylic-20-lactone in the aglycones.
