Abstract
A method has been devised for coupling cysteine-containing peptides to pre-formed immune stimulating complexes (iscoms). Four different pept ides were used and the peptide-iscom conjugates were evaluated as immu nogens in mice. It was demonstrated that highly immunogenic peptide-is com conjugates can be prepared provided that the peptides are successf ully linked to the carrier iscoms.
