Abstract
A preservation technology of Hsueh pear with irradiation of Co-60 gamm a ray was studied. The results showed that Hsueh pear should be irradi ated before the respiration peak came on, and appropriate radiation do se ( 0.3 kGy ) should combined with the proper temperature, humidity a nd the gas regulation index in the storehouse. Under the conditions th e Hsueh pear can be kept fresh for a long time.
