Abstract
Aggressive B-cell lymphomas are clearly related to HIV infection. Howe ver, the relationship of HIV infection to low-grade B- or T-cell lymph omas and Hodgkin's disease is not well established. The authors descri be a case in which hairy cell leukemia was associated with lupus antic oagulant and direct Coombs' test in an HIV-positive patient.
