Abstract
Patients with effusive pericardial disease are often in poor general c ondition and therefore a well-tolerated therapy is important. We descr ibe a relatively safe endoscopic pericardial window procedure. In this way it is possible to combine a minimally invasive procedure with suf ficient diagnosis and therapy.
