Abstract
The explosive growth of laparoscopic cholecystectomy has been unpreced ented, and now the extension of surgical laparoscopy beyond the biliar y tract is a reality [1, 2]. Preliminary applications of laparoscopy t o small bowel and colon surgery have recently emerged. We report a cas e of laparoscopic resection of a Meckel's diverticulum with intracorpo real anastomosis.
