We consider the possibility to detect the Higgs boson signal in the pr
ocess e+e- --> ZbbBAR at LEP200 energies. The calculations are perform
ed in the tree approximation for complete set of diagrams, including n
ot only the signal (e+e- --> HZ --> ZbbBAR) and the main background (e
+e- --> ZZ --> ZbbBAR) contributions, but also additional background (
for instance, Z emission from the b-quark line) and interference terms
. We calculate the Higgs signal in the total cross section and bbBAR i
nvariant mass distribution.
