Abstract
The optical, electrical resistivity, and X-ray photoelectron spectrosc opy (XPS) measurements on [M(H-2DAG)(HDAG)]TCNQ (M=Ni,Pd,Pt, H-2DAG=di aminoglyoxime) have been made under low temperature. The results show unusual behavior around 250 K. In the case of Pt or Pd complex, it exh ibits M(II-IV) mixed valency below 250 K. The optical and transport pr operties are discussed.
