Abstract
We report 2 cases of successful angioplasty of anomalous right coronar y arteries originating above the sinotubular line at the junction of t he right and left sinus of Valsalva. The use of Amplatz left guiding c atheters provided optimal support for performing angioplasty. (C) 1993 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
